Support For Individuals Navigating the Challenges of Parenthood

Anxiety

At For A Season Counseling, we understand the anxiety and fear that comes with new parenthood. It’s a time of complexity and uncertainty – but there is a path forward, and we’ll help you navigate it.

Depression

The stresses of new parenthood can lead to feelings of fear, stress, uncertainty, and unhappiness. It may seem like there’s no way out at times, but there is, and we’ll help you find it.

Seasons

The anxiety, depression, and fear that come with new parenthood may seem like it will last forever, but it won’t. This a momentary, complex season of your life. Like all seasons, this one too will pass.

Hello! I’m Natasha

Licensed Therapist

My name is Natasha and I am passionate about helping parents through their perinatal and postpartum time. Whether you are a first-time parent or have experience raising multiple children, the need for support is vital and important. I started For a Season Counseling because my passion is to begin normalizing the feelings you are experiencing without fearing judgment or criticism. The concept of “things last for a season” was a helpful mantra I often used during each unique stage of parenting and my hope is that you will reach out during this season of your life and find the support you deserve.

"I was feeling so anxious and depressed after my second child was born, and I had no idea why. Natasha helped me find the root of my pain so we could work on it. Parenthood is again the blessing that it should be."

Jessica: Mother – Age 34

"Motherhood is tough and I felt very alone. It's been great having someone to talk to. I'm learning to change my negative thinking and am more aware when I'm anxious."

Jamie – Mother: Age 39

"Natasha is a wonderful therapist who understands the difficulties of new motherhood better than anyone. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else."

Sarah – Mother: Age 36
